More info.  Here is the best I cna get it.  HD is great, SD still has 
the audio a second behind vid.  But if I rewind live TV a few seconds, 
it is corrected.

Here is my custom playback setting:
if rez > 0 0 -> libmpeg2 & XVideo
xblit and softblend for video renderer
bob2 and one field for deinterlacers.


Ideas on what I can try for getting SD video and audio sync'd?
