There's actually a list of 'certified' boxes available online now @
https://www.ntiadtv.gov/cecb_list.cfm.  The list of retailers also
appears to be populated now and even includes an online retailer @

Now, time to figure out which one to buy...

I don't need them but I printed out the application form and game them to my
grandfather who does not believe in cable.
He filled out the forms and submitted them. He called the other day to tell
me he got rejected???

They gave him a number to call but he's not technically savy so I'm gonna
have to call on his behalf.
