Last time I looked AudioCD was disabled in the source, it looks like
the placeholders were added when the cd burning stuff was originally
added and has never been finished.

Probably should be removed from list of options as it leaves users
thinking there is a configuration problem. I will write a patch for
that tonight if I remember.
