[mythtv-users] mythtranscode won't start in SVN

I may be missing something easy here,
but ever since I updated to SVN (about 2 weeks ago) I none
of my transcode jobs (in built not user jobs) work.

They are all failing with:

Transcode (Errored: Tue Mar 4, 2008, 12:23 AM)
exit status 252, job status was "Starting"

and in the backend log I see:

Must specify -i OR -c AND -s options!
2008-03-04 17:08:16.865 JobQueue: Transcode Errored: Family Guy
"European Roadshow": High Quality (exit status 252, job status was
"Starting")

I've tried changing  JobQueueTranscodeCommand in settings from
"mythtranscode" to:
"/usr/local/bin/mythtranscode" and even
"mythtranscode -c %CHANID% -s %STARTTIME% --profile %PROFILE% --showprogress"

with no change.

Anyone seen anything similar?? Anyone know the fix?
