[mythtv-users] Volume/Mute not working with Intel integrated audio on Ubuntu

Audio Output Device - ALSA:default
Mixer Device - ALSA:default
Mixer Control - Master (have tried the default PCM)

I set it on these most recently because some reported success with these
settings in another forum. Yes, I am in the US, so I am not doing AC3 or
anything like that.
