Yeah, I read somewhere that the iPhone uses hardware decoding when
quicktime was the player, so I'm sure it's fairly hardware specific.
But the code is there so I assume most of the "framework" can be used
and just change/add some stuff to make it also work on the n95.  I was
a nats ball-sack away from from buying an n95 but at the last second
decided not to since the iPhone seems a little more along the lines of
what I need; and I have yet to buy the iPhone :D  I would love to see
some MythTV support build for this device, or even better, built for
multiple mobile devices (especially the OpenMoko).
