The difference is disk size which is 40GB or 160GB. 8GB for the Linux 
side is plenty for mythtv so even running a dual boot with a reduced 
"Media" partition, the 40GB is fine.

The only reason for the 160GB version is for AppleTV OS users that 
want to sync all their content into the AppleTV.
