lol, yes I did that first, and I got the unencrypted channels, about 10
of them.  definately not worth what I paid for the box.  What I didnt
understand was when I switched the cable to come out of the STB I get
all timeouts- no signal.  I know theres a signal though as i can take
the cable out of the hdhomerun and run it it direct to the tv and get
all channels.  Im stumped.
