[mythtv-users] Boot hanging on 'TCode' (or 'MM_DHCP_TCODE') not configured

I got mine to work (in version 0.21.0-53) with:
option tcode code 101 = text; in /etc/dhcpd.conf
and
MM_DHCP_TCODE='America/Chicago' in minimyth.conf

Obviously you'd use London in the last line.
