[mythtv-users] Horizontal seam in picture - contradicting EDID

Hello,
I am making my first foray into HD and trying to set up a new flat screen, a Samsung LNT4069FX. Everything looks great except there is a horizontal distortion that becomes more aparent during fast moving scenes. It looks like there is a horizontal line where everything above the line is offset slightly to the right of everything below the line. It looks kind of like a seam in the picture. The line seems to move slowly down the screen from top to bottom until it recycles. Again, it is only visible during scenes with movement (the menus look fine).
I have tried the TV settings without much luck, at this point I am wondering if the problem is with the X settings since it seems like X is having problems with the EDID (see below).
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
J
