[mythtv-users] why does the theme rescaling appear twice?

When I re-adjust the Screen to fixup overscan on HDTV output , I notice
that the Theme image re-scaling appears twice.
I assume this is intentional , if so perhaps the title could be adjust
to maybe "part1" and part2  or if this is performing some other function
the name could be changed to avoid confusion.
Just a small change ..
