Thanks for the reply Allen , but Im pretty sure the firmware is correct
and loading ok , as I see it in the logs.  And yes , my tv siginal is
good. My other DVB-T card works fine. 

After many hours of trying I have come to the conclusion that DVB does
not work with this card. 

Now im pretty pi**ed off - this is the second dvb-t card I have bought
that doesn't work with linux. The other a leadtek winfast. I looked at
the linux dvb wiki for supported devices , which it both claimed that
they were. WinFast DTV 1000 - the S wasn't on the wiki when I bought it.
AND now this pinnacle one. 

PLEASE PLEASE CAN SOMEONE FROM THE UK TELL ME WHAT CHEAP (£20-30) OEM
DVB-T CARD THEY HAVE AND WHERE TO GET IT. PREF LR6650 based.
