[mythtv-users] frontend plays video fine, but mythcommflag produces bad seektable

I transcode all of my shows to xvid.  Occasionally I come across a show
where the seek table seems to be very off.

The show plays fine through the frontend as long as I don't try and see.  If
I try and seek it will generally report that its skipped forward 30 seconds
or so, but I'll only jump forward a half second or so in playback.

Trying to rebuild the seektable with mythcommflag just produces a bunch of
errors and doesn't seem to resolve the problem.

It seems like the frontend is handling the video correctly, but mythcommflag
is providing confusing information.  Here is a sample of some of the errors
I get:
