[mythtv-users] external channel change broken

I just upgraded from 14374 to 15504, and my recordings through the cable
box are
now failing.  My external channel change command is unchanged:
"/usr/local/bin/channel" (without the quotes), and I've confirmed that
it works correctly from the command line.

Interestingly, it will change channels for live TV.

I upgraded to 15641, and it's still not working.
