[mythtv-users] re activate channels.conf import?

Hello!
is there a possibility to re-activate the channels.conf import in mythtv-setup (desactivated in mythtv 2.xx)?
My channels.conf works perfectly with mplayer and xine, but mythtv-setup can't detect correct channels frequencies: I don't know how pass the argument "offset +167khz" necessary in my area: France area Niort.
