Not sure, I've never actually installed any packaged version of Myth,
but this would be a logical way to package things.

Depends....  You could setup a time window on your JobQueue so that it
only ran jobs overnight when no one else was using the wireless.

mythjobqueue runs the same exact JobQueue code that is run in
mythbackend, it is just a slimmed down program that only runs the
JobQueue, not the housekeeper and the other things that mythbackend
runs.  You configure mythjobqueue via mythtv-setup, just like you
would configure a backend.
