but this would be a logical way to package things.

mythjobqueue runs the same exact JobQueue code that is run in
mythbackend, it is just a slimmed down program that only runs the
JobQueue, not the housekeeper and the other things that mythbackend
runs. You configure mythjobqueue via mythtv-setup, just like you
would configure a backend.
