Change channel name /and/ callsign using the mythtv-setup or MythWeb 
channel editor.  See also the response I sent two weeks ago the last 
time you asked the same question:

If you're changing the name and callsign and it doesn't change what's on 
the OSD, you should do the delete all thing...
