Considering the $200 model is a Celeron and has no PCIe slot, probably
not HD. The article does mention an upcoming $99 barebones system that
is capable of holding a Core2Duo chip, but they don't mention what (if
any) expansion slots are available.

Depending on how well in manages noise and heat, it could make quite
an attractive case
