[mythtv-users] Compiling latest svn

Hi,
When I am running configure on the latest SVN i get this...
[root at mythtv mythtv]# ./configure --prefix=/usr/local --enable-xvmc
--enable-proc-opt --enable-dvb --enable-mmx
Package artsc was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `artsc.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
