I've see conflicting reports on this.One place where a someone
commented they had emailed to ask and the answer was no

see comment by 'arrgh') and other where some says there is a response
from hauppauge saying they will

also seem to remember someone posting saying they got the 'yes' answer
as in the linked post, but i could not find it anywhere.
