It doesn't.  The main reason I added User Jobs was because I didn't have Storage
Groups and I wanted to run the contrib/myth_archive_job.pl script that I wrote.
Since I have Storage Groups now, I don't nedd myth_archive_job.pl anymore and
don't use User Jobs anymore.
