[mythtv-users] change db values + flush cache in frontend

[Ismo Tanskanen]

I need to change mythconverg/settings/usevideotimebase setting "on the 
fly" using shell script. Also script should "flush cache" so that 
frontend takes new setting to use.

How I can do that?
