[mythtv-users] Encoding to h264 to save space

Hi all

Sorry for jumping in. Maybe there is a 'nice' solution, that does what 
you want. Encoding with h264 and AC3 to an mp4 container, use the skip 
and cutlist as basis for a chapter-list, which can be added to a mp4 
container.
Then you get something like a DVD-chapterlist, the only thing you have 
to do is manually skip over the unwanted commercials to the next channel.
