[mythtv-users] Frontend will only play recordings once!

When playing a recorded program, mythfrontend plays it fine, ONCE.  If I 
exit, then go back to my list of recorded programs, select and play, I 
get only sound and NO video.
I can reproduce this every time.
I am running latest SVN and configured with openGL ( using it for the 
render as well )

My frontend log is attached ( some duplicate info is removed. )
Looks like dropped video is the culprit?  But why?
If I exit mythfrontend, go right back in, it will play again, but not 
the second ( as above ).

I have cut and see ALLOT of this in the log:
