Hybrid drive give you nothing during booting (it can later). But you can 
get maybe 10+ sec., if you boot from usb flash disc.
I'm booting from cheapest (i.e. slow too) usb flash disc. And I boot in 
about 50 sec on Debian (no tweaking, no customization).
