Hi,

I recently started using digital audio via an optical spdif cable. I am
using a52encoding to create a DTS signal and send it to my receiver and
let it decode it. When I start playing a program I get stuttering if I
pause it and then unpause it the sound then works fine. I am using the
latest SVN on fedora 8.

My log spams the following messages:

2008-02-16 11:14:52.592 pcm_write_func: Broken pipe (-32)
2008-02-16 11:14:52.592 WriteAudio: snd_pcm_state == 3
2008-02-16 11:18:31.447 WriteAudio: buffer underrun
2008-02-16 11:18:31.462 NVP: Video is 5.96416 frames behind audio (too
slow), dropping frame to catch up.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks
