Hi Daniel,

PBS HD is actually in the clear, I'd tried an ATSC card before I rented 
the Rogers STB and it was one of the 2 channels that I could actually 
pickup, all of the rest were encrypted.  I can also tune CBC (Gotta have 
Hockey night in Canada ;).  I'm in Fredericton and this is the current 
list of channels that I can tune:
