Like the MySQL and PostgreSQL auth modules.  I'd guess you already have 
MySQL set up somewhere on your LAN.  ;)

In other words, it doesn't magically provide authorization for a 
"Multi-user MythWeb" application--you can't really enable various levels 
of access for various users.
