Your Audio output device and Mixer device are closely tied to each
other. If you use an OSS specification for one, you /must/ use an OSS
specification for the other. Since you say you're using /dev/dsp above,
you /must/ use /dev/mixer. If, however, you use ALSA:default (output
device), you /must/ use "default" (though, it will allow you to put
"ALSA:default" for mixer and ignore the "ALSA:" part).

Which shows:

Won't work.
Renderer looks good, though. :)
