[mythtv-users] NVP prebuffering pause

I have set it to exactly that.  It may be just a touch better.  Not  
nearly acceptable though.
Could it still be my sound?  I will try whatever or attach any  
output.  It has been about a week of work on this and I would like to  
get it going.

Latest out file with profile settings as recommended.
