Even if both parties have a legally obtained copy they no have right
to redistribute the work, even if the person they're supplying it to
previously had a "legally licensed copy".
While TV shows are broadcasted to the general public and everyone
could have a license, it doesn't mean that you can redistribute copies
to anyone who could of received it.
