[mythtv-users] CPU not enough to drive 1080P? Core2duo

I am running SATA drives, TOP show mythfrontend at 23% load, and no I/
O wait.
I still have jerky video and sound, but only on SD live TV and not HD.
Ideas on why?
This is the last thing to get this full working.
