Agreed, the 5200 is as good as you need for MPEG2, though I think we 
will see some moves towards H264 acceleration.

True, the video market is not that large, and the people on this list 
are not the type to be swayed by marketing hype, or go for the "my 
card's bigger than your card" thinking.

Also agreed. No sane company will put resources into something that 
produces no revenue. I do wonder how much Hauppauge makes from Myth 
users, as opposed to Windows buyers.

I was just pointing out why the Intel video devices don't seem to be 
aimed at 3D apps.
