[mythtv-users] OT Ipod Touch

With the boxing day sales in full swing I am tempted by an ipod touch.
However I am a little concerned about linux compatibility. I know a
few people here seem to sync myth with their ipods and I wonder about:

* general syncing of music with linux apps like rhythmbox

* syncing of video files with myth (I know there are scripts to
convert to the right video codecs/format, but is it easy to
specifically sync them with the touch?

I have a dual boot machine but don't want to have to boot to windows
more than once in a blue moon. ie I don't mind booting to windows to
do the initial setup on the touch, but don't want to have to go to
windows to run itunes every time I want something different on the
touch.

Tips anyone?
