I've been running trunk for a while now... so I'm aware of the issues that
lie beneath, however I am seriously thinking about fixes..

I was hoping it was going to be a simple "svn update"... to get me more
recent and now its just a matter of principal and learning.

I'm unfamiliar with the command line -

*rm -r /usr/{,local/}lib/{libmyth*,mythtv}
rm /usr/{,local/}include/mythtv*
Will this check both /usr/local/lib and /usr/lib at the same time?

Thanks again for the help and hints.
