I don't know if any are available in mini-ITX, but look for an NVidia 8 or 9
series chipset. You can use VDPAU and get full GPU offload for MPEG2 and
h264. Myth requires running trunk though. Or there's XvMC, older NVidia
cards support that. It doesn't do full MPEG2 offload, but it helps a lot.
