Radio Shack (used to) sell a RadioShack  branded  Infra Red Remote 
Controlled A/B Switch, #150-1968A

Works quite well. I also used a predecessor slide type switch also from 
Radio Shack to switch the anntenna and cable inputs to the TV.

Not to pricey. Well worth it.
