[mythtv-users] Autoexpire checking all disks every 15 minutes causing them to not spin down

Looks like without this setting my slave backend never connects
(mythweb status not connected) to the master backend preventing me
from recording NTSC which is 95% of what I record. So I will disable
this flag for now and see if I can fix that problem first.
