It came with another Nvidia card. The svideo socket has 7 connectors and 
the dongle has 9 same as the card so I assumed that there would be 
support for component out and it sort of works. I can;t find any info on 
the Biostar website to confirm or deny component out.

It's YPbPr. I have a DVD player that displays correctly thru the tv 
component in.
