What is it that you want to do with Mythtv?
Do you have it setup?
As far as i know the default screens haven't changed in a long time,that 
is unless you are running a prebuilt distro like Mythbuntu,Mythdora,etc..
Post your questions, maybe someone can point you in the right direction..
