Jansej,
I have deleted my .asoundrc and asound.conf for the moment, ensured my
setitngs are as per Allens suggestions (/dev/dsp but I will try
ALSA:default as well), and rebooted. SPDIF passthough is definitely NOT
checked, nor is the mixer.
When I run speaker test it runs, but I still get NO audio. Should I run
speaker test and play with the alsamixer?
