Unlikely that this would drive headphones.

This one, http://www.zzounds.com/item--BEHXENTX502  is cheap and might
do what you want but...
as with most mixers, it has mono plugs as inputs, one for right and
one for left.  This one seems to have two stereo mix channels, one
mono microphone input, and a CD RCA input pair.  They go  up from
there so you can get as many inputs as you want but you may need

Another possibility is to combine the mixer you reference with a
headphone amp like the first one suggested.

Also, look at this.  It will take a line and a mic and drive
headphones.  Maybe that is enough?
