The seektables used by mythfrontend for recordings playback are stored
in a different place from the seektables used by MythVideo for video
playback.

When you delete the recording through mythfrontend, it will delete the
seektable for that recording, then you'll need to rebuild the seektable
for the video (copy of the recording) using the --video argument.

There's currently no way to say, "Move this recording and its associated
seektable for use in MythVideo." And, since MythVideo is currently
really frontend only, such functionality is not likely to be written
(though work is in progress to allow the backend to manage MythVideo
videos through storage groups, so...).
