Yes my father has that TV.  It is pretty nice.  Very good black levels
for an LCD.  I am not sure I like the 120Hz processing.  But there are
different setting for that which I have not experimented with.  So I
will not list it as a negative.

It has way too many gimmicks (lame internet access, stupid sound and
video modes for SPORTS and MOVIES, etc).  Also the remote is annoying
to use because the menu arrow keys are built into a rotating wheel.
And the TV tries to out think the user which I hate.  For instance it
will not allow you to switch to an input until you turn on whatever is
connected to that input.  Then when it sees you turn on the component
it reorders the input list so you have to re-highlite the input you
want.

These negatives are only annoyances.  The picture quality is the most
important and that is good.
