I wrote a script for the fedora dependencies and posted it on the wiki, 
under 'Dependencies'. In fact, I have to make some changes to it 
tonight, as some names have changed. I used it yesterday!.
Mine does not need perl-CPAN, and is based on a bare metal basic fedora 
install plus update.
