They made several changes.  They are showing KTEH on 9.2 and KTEH is
broadcasting KQED on 54.?

Also, 9.1 and 9 are now identical and there is no 9.4 or 9.5.  I think
they are getting ready for the switchover and the cuttoff of analog 9
