[mythtv-users] Input stops working in HD LiveTV

While it's watched sometimes, it's rarely via LiveTV.  In this case, it's
definitely a "no".  I have trouble on _all_ HD programs (720p or 1080i), no
matter what channel.  They're tuned via QAM (HDHR) and a Firewire tuner.
There's no difference in behavior between the sources.
