If you plan on never using XvMC, I'd recommend the GeForce 7300. I've used both the 5200 and 7300. On HD OSD fade, the audio crackles with the 5200 but not with the 7300 so you have to turn it off on the 5200. If you use XvMc and you want color OSD, you have to use the 5200. I have to use xvmc since the guide is horribly slow on HD.
