I don't know if you can use a full hight card, but I purchased one of 
these 2 weeks ago. I haven't tested it yet.  I'm hoping that the svideo 
connector is the same combo connector on other cards that will accept an 
older nvidia breakout cable from one of my old cards that output 
component video too.  $16.99 after rebate for a 7300GT is a great price.

The numbering and lettering system nvidia uses has alway confused me.

This 7300GT  is more capable and lower priced than 7100*, 7200*, and all 
of the other 7300 cards.  Not that Myth needs it, but this makes it a 
little more future proof while still having XvMC, unlike nvidia's 8000 
series cards.  Although, I doubt you will need XvMC with a core duo but 
its nice to have all the same.

I'm surprised you haven't been happy with the on board Intel video.  Its 
been getting good reviews as of late around here.
