[mythtv-users] Stream Errors

I think there's a bug in the signal strength reporting with the DVB-T
cards - mine report 26% and 8% (2 identical cards), but a Freeview DVB-T
receiver reports 90-100% signal strength. (DVB-T is terrestrial, not
satellite)
